Does child services ontario take anonymous complaints?
The Children’s Aid Society does not take anonymous complaints. Under the Child and Family Services Act, every person has a duty to report reasonable suspicions that a child needs protection. All information given to the CAS, including your identity remains confidential unless you provide consent or there is a court order to release the information. The person is also protected from civil liability.
