Does China have any air force base in any other foreign country ?
China is working on getting naval bases in Myanmar. Other then that they have some economic bases in Africa and it just happens that a lot of the people in those economic bases are military trained. As for what other countries have bases other then theirs, that can mean a lot. If you go by some arguments, any ebassy is a military base since it has a military attache. That is where people get figues like the US has bases in 130+ countries, because they count embassies. Those numbers also count foreign military personnel attending a countries school. Not all, but most countries have some, between the US, NATO, UN, and Russia.
