A. Cisco Mobile Supervisor is a free application available from the Apple App Store. It is an extension to the Cisco Supervisor Desktop (CSD) on a mobile device and works with Unified Contact Center Express (Unified CCX) release 5.0 and 7.0. This application reformats three real-time Unified CCX reports for display on the iPhone3G and iPod touch devices. Note: Cisco Mobile Supervisor is available to users for free on an “as is” basis. The Cisco Mobile Supervisor is not a Cisco-supported application. Any definitive or existing agreements for global support between Cisco Systems and any other company does not include the Cisco Mobile Supervisor.
