Does coffee give you energy?
To be honest, it doesn’t give me energy. Quite the opposite, if I drink a coffee before sleep, I fall asleep faster and sleep better. I don’t know where this comes from. I don’t drink coffee for energy improvement or other benefits, and I drink it because I love the feeling and the smell.
