Does Colorado State University issue forecasts for individual storms?
No. Colorado State issues seasonal and monthly forecasts, that is, they predict how many storms are likely to occur during an individual season or month. Individual storm track and intensity predictions are only issued by NOAA’s National Hurricane Center.
