Does Cornell have social events such as Fuqua Fridays, Kelloggs Friday evening party, or UVAs First Coffee?
Yes. Along with the student population being generally warm and sociable themselves, events are also formally scheduled either through the Student Association, Student Council, and various other clubs. In addition to these and the aforementioned grad school happy hours, there is daily coffee break in the Sage Hall Atrium, which brings together students, faculty and staff, united by a dependency on free caffeine.
