Does CPI / RWCA find jobs for candidates?
Our role is to help candidates find a job; we do not find one for them. We proactively assist candidates by soliciting information from local companies regarding job openings, pass along leads to candidates, maintain close liaison with recruitment and executive search firms regarding their needs, and maintain contact with former candidates alumni who are helpful in providing job leads and network contacts. Because of our reputation and broad business relationships, we frequently learn of opportunities that are not public knowledge that candidates may never find otherwise. Our consultants/coaches share all appropriate information with candidates as it surfaces. In the final analysis, however, it is the candidate’s job to “win” the interview and obtain a job offer.
