Rather, some customers are starting to research if the freezing may actually be beneficial to the material. • How can Cryogenic deflashing / deburring reduce cost? • Not only does manual labor cost reduce but this process can reduce the time to deflash / deburr. LEI machines typically run a single load in approximately 5 minutes. It doesn’t matter which machine, the normal run is 5 minutes. That means that the CBD-6 will process 6 cu foot of parts in about 5 minutes. And the CMB-1 will process 1 cu foot in the same time.
