Does CSC have a defined CSR policy ?
To ensure that CSR is considered in all decisions and actions, CSC has made CSR an integral part of its business planning process. We have worked to develop practices that serve our employees well while contributing to the social and environmental well-being of local communities. CSC’s Social Service Committee looks after the development work for various community programmes of the organisation. We also encourage our employees to take up to six-months sabbatical for working on social projects during which the employees are paid half the salary and are appraised on the basis of their performance in the social development project undertaken by them. What are the various activities you undertake under CSR ? One of CSC’s most successful projects has been the adoption of three tribal villages on the outskirts of Indore district, Sagarpaisa, Nayagaon and Lalpura.
