Does D&D Tool & Supply manufacture any custom tooling?

Yes we do. We have four complete machine shops in which we manufacture custom tools for routers, CNC routers, double-end tenoners, moulders, shapers, and metal working machinery. The cutters we produce are perfectly indexed on CNC machines to insure that every wing cuts. They are then perfectly balanced to save wear and tear of bearings and spindles on your machines. Cutters are made with the best materials and we can recommend the grade of carbide to use in each cutter, depending on the material you are cutting. (We also recommend when High Speed Steel, Tantung, or Diamond would be a better choice.) Our tools are manufactured with an anti-kickback design. Along with being perfectly balanced, this design makes for a safer working environment for your shop workers.  more
