Does Dr. Bernstein accept insurance?

0

Dr. Bernstein accepts many insurances and will submit for those she does not accept. She is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield but not Keystone HMO. She is in network with Aetna, Cigna and AmeriHealth. She is a Medicare provider and is out of Network with United Health Care. Copays are expected to be paid at the time of the visit. Cash and check are accepted, but we are not able to accept credit or debit cards. Patients for whom she does not accept insurance or are out of network are responsible for their fee at the time of their visit. The fee is based on the complexity and time involved of the visit. Initial visits range from $120 to $200 and follow-ups range from $50 to $120. Acceptance of various insurances and fees are subject to change.
