Does Equate sterile saline solution have additives in it?
I have used Equate sterile saline in the past and it’s worked perfectly fine. You want to AVOID hydrogen peroxide, isopropyl alcohol and Neosporin. Peroxide and alcohol prevent proper healing of your new piercing. The piercing needs to heal on its own, the saline solution helps your BODY heal the piercing while cleaning it out gently.
