Actually, Asperger’s isn’t a mental health diagnosis, it’s diagnosed by educational psychologists, not psychiatrists. Having said that, I think it more likely that mental illness is as uncommon in the US as it is in the UK, it’s just shown on TV a lot.

Not everyone on yahoo is American. I’m not american and I have the less attractive mental illness called anxiety/opanic disorder.
