No, you cannot burn computer games with your DVD burner, at least, the original ones because they have a protection like Securom or Safedisk which prevents you from doing so. This being said computer games can be unprotected and once this is done you can copy any PC game!

Assuming that you’re making your perfectly legal backup copy of your game, to my knowledge you can copy most PC games, although some may require a dual-layer burner. However, some have copy protection that require advanced burning programs to replicate, and some require dual-layer DVD drives.
