Does Flor Essence interfere with, or is it contraindicated with Cordonopsis?
Cordonopsis is a herb that is similar to Panax ginseng, but not as strong. It does not appear to be contraindicated, but Cordonopsis is a tonic herb, and Flor Essence is a laxative tonic. Taking them together may reduce the effect of Cordonopsis. If both are used, it should be done at different times. Take Flor Essence ½ hour before meals and Cordonopsis with a meal, because it helps absorb the nutrients.
