Huber H. Humphrey Fellowship Program and Foreign Language Teaching Assistantship Program are programs that the Foundation the only program that the Foundation allows applicants to submit IELST score record above 6.5 for the application. However, IELST can be used only for prescreening. Once recommended by the Binational Selection Committee, the candidate will be required to take TOEFL test with vouchers provided by TUSEF.
