Does GENESYS accept absolute photometry?

1

Yes GENESYS will accept absolute photometry as long as the Lamp Lumens is not ‘-1″. If you open a file and it says the lamp lumens are ‘-1’ then you need to make a change to the IES file before it can be interpreted properly by the software. Here is an example of a partial LED IES file with the number in bold indicating the total lumens instead of ‘-1’. This is correct. Simply replace the ‘-1’ with the Total Lumens indicated in the description lines, save and it’s ready to use.
