Does Global Lead have any exercises that help build trust in a team or organization?
A. Our company has created several interactive exercises that are strategically designed to assist in the growth and development of team trust/building within an organization. While the development of trust and respect is conducive to leveraging the skills/assets of employees, it is equally important that all parties establish an awareness of similarities and differences as they interact on a daily basis. Encompassing a model we refer to as FCT (Familiarity, Comfort, Trust), helps transition an employee(s) to a level of understanding that trust is often found in those we are familiar with, and comfortable around. Once established, the end result lends to a more positive and productive work environment. Below is a brief descriptor of three key exercises Global Lead has develop to help foster both team/trust building and cognitive awareness within an organization: We Connect: An engaging activity that promotes an atmosphere of understanding and awareness between similarities and differen
