Black people have different skin tones – very light to quite dark – and you may suit a full head of blonde hair if your skin tone is light or you could try high lights. Equally, if your skin tone is dark you could look fab with blonde hair since other factors such as your presonality, self confidence and style of dress could carry a strong hair colour off nicely! Thing is, choose what you like – there is nothing wrong with experimenting! Try a blonde wig or two on before you do anything permament if you don’t want to risk messing about with chemicals.
