1. Depends on how sperm count ansd how often you have sex. However, there is nothing unhealthy in having a lot of sex (as long it is with a partner you trust and all that.) 2. I believe the LH surge is something that occurs during the menstrual cycle, and not during a single intercourse. The intercourse should occur after the LH surge, although with a few hours interim. 3. Many things, stress, low nutrition, lack of sleep, etc. 4. I don’t see that. The testicles produce 200 million spermies in relatively short intervalls.
