Does Hellboy II portray the lead character as a bully in the movie?
I wouldn’t have used the word bully. He’s portrayed more as spoiled and used to getting his own way. He often bulldozes over others because he’s convinced he’s right and used to getting his own way. I think the word bully implies maliciousness, and in the movie you don’t get the sense that Hellboy is mean. He’s just misguided nad almost naive as to the true nature of humankind.
