Does Housatonic Project Viewer for PC support European date formats (i.e. dd/mm/yyyy)?

Yes. Housatonic Project Viewer will automatically pick the date formats from your regional settings. Also you can change the date formats on the fly from the “Tools/Options” menu option (View tab).
