Yes opiates will lower your testosterone big time its a easy way to cheat the blood test to get on HRT just take Methadone and talk to your doc and have your blood checked and it will be very low dont recommend this but yes opiates,marijuana,beer will alter your testosterone greatly and if you continue to take these meds while on HRT the Hrt could not work as well for you
