Yes, appointment calendar book is included in the software. All appointment information are stored in a database that can be viewed or edited anytime. Best thing is that this calendar book is cross linked with patient records. In other words, you can simply click on a patient name on the appointment book to directly go to that patient’s profile, payment account, medical records, prescription/herbal formula, superbill/invoice/receipt and insurance claim form. By single click on a button in the appointment book, IAA checks through all payment records and reminds you if there is any unpaid account in the month.
