Does INTA work with aluminum nitride?
Adhesion strengths for coatings on AlN are less robust in comparison to an oxide such as AlO but INTA does offer select services for aluminum nitride applications such as metallizing. INTA supplies AlN with short lead times and components made to order. Typically, the AlN we sell are flat pieces less that 4-5 inches in width/length and .080 thick or less but exceptions occur.
