Does it break out all MCOs by state and provide info such as covered lives, products offered, counties, parishes covered per state?

Yes. You can search by state or by size of enrollment or by name of MCO. You also will get their products offered ie HMO by name of product, etc. Enrollment numbers are in the database. We have service area in some, but not all records, down to the county level.
