Does it matter if you take pregnancy test in pm?
If you take in the evening, you need to have held your pee for 2+ hours. That is if you haven’t missed your period yet, or it’s only been a day or two with no period. Morning urine is the most concentrated because of the amount of time you’ve been sleeping and haven’t urinated. Concentraed pee contains the highest amounts of the hcG hormone. If you are pregnant, the further you are, it won’t matter what time of day. When I found out I was pregnant, I took my test mid afternoon during a break from work. It came up positive within a few seconds. And it was an obvious positive. I was a week late for my period. And it was just a store brand HPT from Osco.
