Yes. Use an optional SIP/SIMPLE Gateway, available from Cisco, which allows Jabber XCP users to exchange presence information and IMs with users on IBM Lotus Sametime and Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) systems, while maintaining communication with other XMPP-based solutions. The gateway is available for Microsoft Windows Server platform, and for Solaris and Linux. In addition, IBM and Microsoft offer XMPP gateways for Sametime and OCS, respectively, which can be used for federation with Jabber XCP.
