Since Jaguar 6.0, Jaguar has been fully integrated with the Maestro graphical user interface (GUI), Maestro can be used to build or read in molecules, which can then be used to submit Jaguar jobs from the Jaguar panel in Maestro. From Jaguar 4.1 to Jaguar 5.5, the Maestro GUI was interfaced to the original Jaguar GUI, and could be used for building or reading molecules. Jobs using these molecules could then be submitted from the Jaguar GUI, which could be opened from Maestro.
