Does Linx Mechanical guarantee its work?
Yes — our work is guaranteed for your satisfaction. However, there are some restrictions. Our work is guaranteed as follows: – Fixed price project work is guaranteed for one year from date of completion. – Hourly service repairs are guaranteed for 30 day from the completion date. – Preventive Maintenance contracts are guaranteed as follows: • Premium Service Plus – HVAC equipment is guaranteed completely. If a unit breaks down, Linx Mechanical will cover the cost under the contract. • Premium Service – HVAC equipment is guaranteed as with the Premium Service Plus program, but does not include non-maintainable parts such as heat exchangers, coils and outside cabinets. • Deluxe Service/ Essential Service – Linx Mechanical performs maintenance and repairs are chargeable.
