DOES MAS HAVE ANY PLANS TO EXPAND BEYOND THE HOMES IT CURRENTLY OPERATES?
Any expansion of MAS homes is dependent on the funding initiatives of the State Division of Developmental Disabilities. MAS is just like many other non-profit agencies serving the developmentally disabled. MAS is dependent on the State for both capital funding and funding of the day-to-day operating budget. If State funding permits, MAS would be interested in expanding beyond the 5 homes it currently operates.
