Does MasterCall Provide “Lifeline” Local Telephone Services?
MasterCall offers a “Lifeline” plan to those in our community who meet the income-eligibility requirements. The rate is $1.00 a month for the Master Choice Service which provides customers a local access line to make and receive calls, Call Forwarding and Call Waiting line features. Customers pay for the regular MasterCall rates for all local calls either on a per minute or a per-call basis, regional calls on a per minute basis and long distance calls on a per minute basis.
