Certification of medical billing is not neceassary according to the law but it is always better to get a certification done as this will give a plus point to your career. Medical billing professionals with a certification will always be preferred rather than the ones who are simply trained for the job.

If you tell an employer you have a “medical billing course certification”, they may just laugh at you. Also, I’ve never seen a real course have sales like that. Nothing like a bit of pressure! And the NUMEROUS typos. Ugh!
