Does Mighty Swings offer a warranty on my Playset?
Mighty Swings warrants all accessories for two years from date of purchase and we will repair or replace, at our option, any part which is defective due to materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear are excluded. All Pressure Treated Wood has a Lifetime Warranty against decay or damage from termites or rot. Damages resulting in cracks; or cracks from lawn services around equipment, color fade or normal wear and tear is excluded from warranty. Surface checks, cracks, warping or bowing may appear in the wood and are a natural characteristic of the wood. Because these conditions are not structural in nature they are specifically excluded. For any concerns you may have please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. Safety is our top priority. All requested project evaluations will be minimum cost of one hundred dollars per trip fee after installation.
