Does Minoxidil really work to stop my Hair Loss?
Minoxidil does not contain ingredients which block DHT from getting into your hair follicles. Actually it was developed many years ago to treat high blood pressure. It was discovered that some individuals using the drug had a temporary or slight decrease in hair thinning or hair loss. So it was put into a liquid form that could be used externally right on the scalp and marketed as Rogaine. So when applied topically to your scalp, Minoxidil is simply designed to dilate the blood vessels in the hair follicles that are growing smaller, with the idea that more nutrients might be able to get to those hair follicles to help keep them alive. I heard a lot about Minoxidil, Nioxin, Rogain. Are all of these really work to stop hair loss? I never tried using of them but i have tried one which called Reloxe they are the best one who totally cured my hair loss.
