Does MPU trim trees around power lines?
Absolutely! Homeowners should never attempt to trim trees near electrical lines. Doing so could put your life in danger, and possibly those around you as well. Manitowoc Public Utilities has a four year cycle in which every electric line in the city is checked for adequate line clearance. This year we will focus on Manitowoc’s southwest side.
