Alright, I've been using it for a little while and it works pretty Da*n good, it does what it tell you it does & I think it tells you it helps you focus a little harder it helps muscle growth & if you take be for and after your workout you will get really good results but if you don't workout at all then some of those other are right a 100% it will most likely make you fat but also it would be completely worth less. Hope I Helped Oh and the one I got is like bannans and strawberies or something & it taste wonderful man get that one.
