Does my Action Pack agreement require me to immediately upgrade all of my internal-use licences to Windows Vista?

No. In accordance with the Microsoft Action Pack Subscription agreement and the Microsoft Partner Programme Guide, Microsoft partners are encouraged (but not required) to upgrade to the most recent version of any product included in the Action Pack within six months. To the extent that certain constraints prevent you from upgrading your systems to the Windows Vista operating system, you may keep using your existing product licences.
