Does my dog need to see a vet for a check up before training begins?
This is not always necessary but if we feel this may be important for your dog we will recommend that you take your dog to see a vet in connection with any relevant concern. There are many behavioural issues that may have a medical basis and require veterinary treatment as part of the process. In those instances we will advise a thorough vet check up. We will then work closely with your vet to develop a behaviour modification program that enhances any medical program related to behavioural issues.
