No. The experience requirement in Occupations Code Section 1152.157(2) has to be performing or supervising the performance of property tax consulting as the applicant’s primary occupation. Performing appraisal and assessment services for a county appraisal district does not qualify as “property tax consulting services” as the term is defined in Occupations Code Section 1152.001(6).
