Does my laptop read SDHC memory cards?
I found a manual online here: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c00… It lists the type of cards that you can use but does not include SDHC. I have an SD slot on my computer as well (although it is not a dell) and it can read SD cards just fine but can’t read the SDHC ones. I just have to leave the card in my camera and plug the camera into the computer via USB to upload. Keep in mind, not all cameras can use them either. Unless the device specifically states that it is SDHC compatible, you should probably just stick to regular cards.. unless you need it for a camcorder.. then they’re almost a necessity.
