Does my model of Oldhams prices look like any famous geographical models?
It is worth looking at the two main models (Burgess Model and Hoyts Model). Even though they dont relate specifically to house prices, their shapes are worth comparing. Perhaps Oldham shows a mixture of models, or maybe different parts of Oldham (the inner C19th and the outer C20th parts) relate to different models? Also, it might be worth looking at other models such as the Mann Model or the Harris and Ullman Model.
