Does my organisation need to register to use EThOS?
The organisation does not need to register, but any reader wanting to read or download theses, or request added value services, will need to register with EThOS. Users need to accept the Terms and Conditions of Use which are aimed at protecting the rights of the author before downloads (and other services) are permitted. This is the equivalent of the old declaration form and allows EThOS to track users of individual theses. Registration is very straightforward and you should ask your users to register themselves.
