Yes. NACCO has paid quarterly dividends to its shareholders and has increased its dividend to shareholders every year since its inception in 1986. The compound annual growth rate for the dividend from 1990 through 2008 was 6.9%. In the past, dividends have had payable dates occurring on or around March 15, June 15, September 15 and December 15 each year. However, there can be no assurance that the company will continue to pay quarterly dividends in the future. Quarterly dividend payments are made at the discretion of the Board of Directors, and are dependent on NACCO’s earnings, cash flow, capital requirements and financial condition.
