Robert Sherman: For the next several months, National Bedding Co. will retain the current Serta, Inc. corporate site in Itasca. However, it is important to bring all the employees together in Hoffman Estates so we can work together as a team. To further facilitate this, NBC is pursuing a land purchase in anticipation of constructing a new Serta International headquarters in Hoffman Estates. Will NBC be running Serta Inc. from NBC’s Hoffman Estates headquarters? Yes, temporarily. Until the new headquarters is completed, National Bedding Co., LLC will be operating from its current Hoffman Estates, Ill. location. How many people currently work at the Serta Inc. headquarters? What does the future hold for those employees? Will they all be offered jobs at NBC? Currently, there are approximately 50 people working from the Itasca location.
