Does NeweggBusiness offer a money-back guarantee?
NeweggBusiness allows most products to be returned for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date. CPUs can only be refunded if an RMA number is obtained within 7 days of the invoice date. Other exceptions may be noted on our website. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all refunds of non-defective products. Additional deductions will be made for CPU or Memory products, depending on current market value.
