Does North Carolina Outward Bound have programs for at-risk youth?
While North Carolina Outward Bound serves a variety of people across the world, we do not have programs for youth, young adults, families, schools and communities who may be struggling with certain risky behaviors, dropping out of school, delinquency or becoming chronic offenders.
