Does NVR software support motion detection?
Most IP cameras support on-board motion detection that, compared with software motion detection, does not take up CPU cycles. The “on camera” feature thus reduces the overall network bandwidth in that the camera does not send video images until motion is detected. NVR software supports the adjustment of sensitivity settings and to assign multiple motion detection zones.
