Yes, Olympia EPO Dental plans generally have rate guarantees of 2 or 3 years. However, for groups over 100 employees, we can customize an EPO Dental plan to meet your needs. The group PPO Plans offered by Olympia also have an optional two-year rate guarantee, the price of which can be negotiated when the proposal is negotiated.
