• Early structural requirements such as floor load can be added as an attribute in Onuma. MEP requirements can also be added in a similar way. MEP equipment can be added and attributes associated with it can be included. The intent is that in the work flow from early design to engineering, the requirements would be used by other engineering BIM applications to resolve the requirements. In the facility operations phase, some of the data that is relevant for operations can be brought back in to Onuma.
